Slack Integration Setup
Connect Karsilo to Slack to receive real-time revenue alerts and daily summaries.
Installing the Slack app
Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack and click 'Connect to Slack'. You'll be redirected to Slack's OAuth page to authorize Karsilo. Select the workspace and channel where you'd like to receive notifications. You need to be a Slack workspace admin or have permission to install apps.
Choosing a channel
After authorization, select the Slack channel for Karsilo notifications. We recommend a dedicated channel like #revenue or #karsilo-alerts to keep notifications organized. You can add multiple channels for different alert types — for example, #revenue for daily summaries and #alerts for failed charges.
Configuring alerts
From the Slack integration settings, choose which events trigger Slack messages. Options include: new subscriptions, cancellations, failed charges, revenue milestones, and daily/weekly summaries. Each alert type can be sent to a different channel if desired.
Message formatting
Karsilo Slack messages use rich formatting with actionable links. Revenue alerts show the amount and a link to the dashboard. Daily summaries include key metrics in a clean table layout. Click any link in a Slack message to jump directly to the relevant Karsilo page.
