Canceling Your Subscription

How to cancel your Karsilo subscription and what happens to your data afterward.

How to cancel

Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan and click 'Cancel Subscription'. You'll be asked to confirm and optionally provide feedback on why you're leaving. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access until then.

What happens to your data

After cancellation, your account moves to the free tier. You'll retain access to one connected Stripe account and basic analytics. Data from additional accounts becomes inaccessible but is not deleted. If you resubscribe within 90 days, all data is restored.

After 90 days

If you don't resubscribe within 90 days, synced data from disconnected accounts is permanently deleted. Your Karsilo account remains active on the free tier, and any single connected account continues to work. You can export your data at any time before the 90-day window closes.

Resubscribing

To resubscribe, simply select a paid plan from Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Your account will be upgraded immediately, and previously disconnected accounts can be reconnected. Within the 90-day window, historical data is restored automatically upon resubscription.
