Viewing Invoices
Access and download your billing history and invoices for accounting purposes.
Accessing your invoices
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice History to see all past invoices. Each invoice shows the date, amount, plan name, and payment status. Invoices are generated at the start of each billing cycle and after any mid-cycle changes like upgrades.
Downloading invoices
Click on any invoice to view it in detail, then use the 'Download PDF' button to save a copy. PDFs include your company name, billing address, itemized charges, and tax information if applicable. You can also download all invoices at once using the 'Export All' button.
Invoice details
Each invoice includes: plan name and tier, billing period dates, subtotal, any applicable taxes or discounts, proration credits from plan changes, and the total charged. If you have a discount code applied, it will appear as a line item deduction.
Updating billing information
To update the company name, address, or tax ID on your invoices, go to Settings → Billing → Billing Details. Changes apply to future invoices only — existing invoices cannot be modified. Contact support if you need a corrected invoice reissued.
